Walks can be arranged to explore the local area or any part of the Lake District.
Chris can suggest excellent walks for all abilities. You can experience the challenge of the high fells and ridges or take in the views from the more accessible tops. Perhaps you prefer valleys and lakes, or a special interest walk tailored to your particular requirements? You may wish to brush up on your navigation or develop your hill skills and build your confidence.

About Chris
Chris has had the walking bug for as long as he can remember and it is always to the Lakes that he returns. Chris lives in the village of Deanscales on the edge of the Lake District National Park. He loves sharing his skills and passion for this inspiring area with others.
Chris is interested in the landscape, the history, the flora and fauna and says it is a great way to enjoy the views, meet new friends and learn something new.
For Chris, the perfect walk is a mixture of enjoyable exercise, discovery and sharing the adventure.
He believes in welcoming others to enjoy and respect the outdoors which is why he chose to volunteer as an assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition panel in Cumbria.
He also loves to see the sense of achievement and growing confidence of the young people who complete their expedition.
Chris holds the Mountain Leader Training UK Mountain Leader Award and a valid Health and Safety Executive approved Emergency First Aid Certificate.
Prices
Guided Walks are priced at £15.00 per person subject to a minimum of £80.00 per day.
For each person that books on one of Chris’ walks he will donate £1 to the Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team.
